Our Services

Our directors and consultants provide tree constraints reports and Arboricultural Impact Assessment under BS5837:2012 and protected species surveys and reports for mammals including bats, otter, badger and water vole, birds (including breeding assessments and precautionary checks), vascular plants and reptiles.

We produce Preliminary Ecological Appraisal (CIEEM), Environmental Screening Assessments, Habitat Regulations Assessments, Biodiversity enhancement and Net Gain Assessments to accord with Designing for Biodiversity guidelines (2012) and under the National Planning Policy Framework and Local Plans and policies.

We provide mitigation reports and plans for protected species under Section 106 agreements with the framework of planning. Vascular plant surveys include National Vegetation Classification Surveys (NVC).

We deliver site licensing with the statutory nature conservation bodies on behalf of clients for protected species translocation, removal and destruction / replacement mitigation across several species including bats, badger and Great Crested Newt including the District License Level licensing for newts and Bat Mitigation Class Licenses.

We provide hard and soft landscape plans and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment.

Our team of site-based operatives implement utility, private and commercial tree works including site clearances, waterbody remediation, amphibian fencing and ecological and arboricultural clerk of works.

Heritage /

We are partnering with historical sites in their development into the modern era to ensure legal compliance with UK/EU legislation to maintain the authenticity and historic importance of the places we work in.

Infrastructure /

Amenity have supported major, national infrastructure projects across the UK where road improvement and infrastructure projects are occurring for over twenty years with our client Arup and their partner, Highways England as well as local authorities such as The Isle of Anglesey County Council and Wirral Council.

New Build /

We have been operating in the new build housing sector for over twenty-five years supporting design managers, architects, landscape architects and master planners within the construction sector from Tier 1 to Tier 3.

Utility /

Amenity have supported regional infrastructure projects and ongoing utility maintenance over the last decade.
